What are the check-in and check-out times?
You check in and out on your own around the clock via our digital key box – simply with your surname or booking number. Check-in from 2 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. at the latest.
Is there a minimum age for check-in?
Yes, the minimum age for check-in is 18.
Rooms & amenities
Are children welcome? Are cots or extra beds available?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 3 and over pay the adult rate. On request and subject to availability: cot (0–4 years) for €8 per child/night, extra bed (5–17 years) for €25 per child/night – payable on site. Please include the number and ages of the children in your search.
How many rooms does the hostel have?

Yes, you'll enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Is the hostel wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our hostel is not wheelchair accessible.

When is breakfast?
There are no fixed breakfast times. Our MiniMarket is open 24/7 – with freshly filled rolls, sandwiches, bagels, wraps, yoghurts, snacks and coffee specialities every day. More about the 24/7 MiniMarket
How much is breakfast and how do I pay?
Snacks, filled rolls and coffee specialities are available in the MiniMarket from €4.20. You can pay flexibly right at the MiniMarket by debit or credit card.

How much is one night?
Depending on the category, from €54 per night (single room with shared WC) up to from €119 (apartment). You'll see the current daily rates via “Book now”. All rooms & prices
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro and EC card, as well as cash.
Is cancellation possible?
Free cancellation is possible until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless your reservation states different cancellation terms.
Location, parking & directions
Is there free parking – for vans too?
Yes, 18 free, camera-monitored parking spaces right at the hostel, suitable for vans too. Reservations aren't possible. Please note the archway at the entrance: maximum vehicle height 3.20 m. More on location & parking
How do I get to the city centre and the trade fair?
Stellingen S-/U-Bahn station is about a 10-minute walk away. From there you reach Sternschanze, the city centre and the Reeperbahn in 10 to 20 minutes. The trade fair and Barclaycard Arena are close by, and the airport is 4.1 km away. More about the location

We don't offer room service. However, in our MiniMarket you can help yourself to fresh snacks, rolls and coffee specialities around the clock.
